5 Things You Should Do to Prepare For the Week Ahead

A Sunday Reset is exactly what you need before kicking off a new week. Here are five ways you can live your best life on Sunday in order to feel ready for Monday morning.

1. Start with a workout.

Whether it’s just dancing to a soft music or doing a full body workout, even a few minutes of exercise can leave you feeling energized and refreshed for the week ahead.

2. Have a healthy breakfast.

Regardless of your weekdays being filled with delicious cheese pizza, fatty small chops etc.

Sunday is the ideal time to reset and give your body the nutrients it needs. Give yourself a treat of several fruits and vegetables.

3. Enjoy some quality "you time".

You are very busy. With work,   friends, assignments and traffic on its own best side. It’s so easy to forget that you need time for yourself in the midst of all these activities. As far as I’m concerned, Sunday is meant for putting on a refreshed you...play with your spouse and kids like you are in Disney world.

4. Add doing nothing to your schedule.

That’s right, pencil in time for doing nothing. After being in a hurry all week, you deserve to watch mindless hours of Netflix, or simply lay on your bed while looking up at the ceiling. Whatever makes you happy!

5. Prepare for the week ahead

Now that you’ve officially hit refresh, start to prepare for the week ahead. Take this moment to tackle that pile of laundry on the floor, or organize your assignments and itinerary for the upcoming week.

Go have a progressive week !

You’ll thank yourself later.
