15 Businesses you can do with your Bare Land To Make Money.

Lots of persons have Landed properties, but don't have sufficient funds to develop at the moment, or they aren't just ready. I get this a lot of times.

Here, I have put together 15 businesses you can do with your bare land, and make money from it.

However, the success of any business I listed here, is subject to the location of your property.

You can lease your land for;

1. Mechanic workshop

2. Recreational Parks and Garden: This beautiful outdoor can be used for picnics, Wedding Receptions, Outdoor Music concerts and Religious Crusades.

3. Firewood market.

4. Crop Farming: Lease your lands to farmers to grow their crops for a fee, over a stipulated time. 

5. Animal rearing/ Poultry

6. Fish pond

7. Carpenter's Furniture workshop

8. Divide and sell:  A plot of land can be sold to 4 persons (150sqm each) to build 4 units of 2 bedroom self-contained (This is an untapped money mine in Nigeria, I'll write extensively on this in my next post)

9. Car wash: Construct a borehole, get other necessary equipment, get 2 or 3 boys to wash Cars. There you have a source of daily income already. 

10. Golf Course: Golf is a very interesting game that people love to play. You can transform your land space into a golf course, and charge people for club memberships or temporary usage of the golf course. You might just Attract Tiger Woods!

11. Parking Space: All those long vehicles parked by the roadside, would appreciate a safe parking space. Customers who drive to the Market would also appreciate a safe parking space.

12. Cell phone towers/ Electrical substations/ Solar Systems: Utility companies need to rent land for this purpose.

13. Campground: People and Religious organizations who need privacy to pray will need this for a fee. 

14. Storage facility for Transformers/Ware House.

15. Sachet Water factory.
