A planning permit is a legal document that permits the use or development of a particular piece of land. 

The Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority (LASPPPA) is responsible for the issuance of planning permit or building plan approval in Lagos State.

 The Official Headquarters of the Agency is located along LASPPPA Road, off Oba Akinjobi Road, Ikeja Old Secretariat, Ikeja- Lagos State, Nigeria.

Local Town Planning District Offices are locations where you can get information and begin the process of your building plan approval.
