๐—˜xclusive to ๐—ต๐—ฒthe ๐—Ÿ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ - The other charges are actually called statutory fees (some call it hidden charges but there is nothing hidden about it๐Ÿคฃ)  and these fees are ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ when land is purchased. I will untagle it here; ๐Ÿ‘‡ ๐——๐—˜๐—˜๐——  (Deed of Assignment or Deed of Agreement) which transfer ownership of the portion of land to the buyer is drafted and worked on by lawyers, normally they charge 10% or more has their charges but as you can see, that's already been subsidized by our company. ๐—ฆ๐—จ๐—ฅ๐—ฉ๐—˜๐—ฌ which maps out the portion of land paid for. This payment also goes to the Govt. has it's  been processed in the Surveyors General office or land ministries,  it's price is fixed for different local governments and locations but in our own benevolence we also give out discounts on this. ๐——๐—˜๐—ฉ๐—˜๐—Ÿ๐—ข๐—ฃ๐— ๐—˜๐—ก๐—ง ๐—™๐—˜๐—˜๐—ฆ which is meant for provision  of infrastructures in the estate such as drainage system, road network, sewage system, ...
